How do you detect outages?
We do not have access to any official status feed. We poll the platform every 5 minutes, store every reading, and compare the current count against the median for that same hour of the same weekday over the previous weeks. A count below 35% of normal for two consecutive readings is reported as an outage; below 60% for three consecutive readings is reported as degraded. This is statistical inference, not an official status page, and it can be wrong — a scheduled maintenance window and a real outage look identical from the outside.
